The Kids Calcium & Vitamin D Gummies provide 200 IU of vitamin D3 per pastille and the Kids Multivitamin Gummies a further 100 IU. Taken together at their full labelled doses that comes to roughly 300 IU a day at ages 2–3, 500 IU at ages 4–8 and 800 IU at ages 9–12. Neither label mentions the other, because neither is designed on the assumption you are taking both.
